Challenge
Our client sought to develop a digital sales platform for their dealerships. The initial request was to create a prototype based on a set number of wireframes and applied designs, supplemented by high-level discovery work from a previous vendor. The project goal was to modernize their very complex sales process, combining multiple systems into one cohesive flow and improving the overall user experience for their customers.

New user experience improvements
