Ellen Dowd

Chief Executive Officer

Ellen Dowd brings more than two decades of experience to Dialexa, where she is responsible for both operational excellence and strategic initiatives, fueling the growth of the company’s future. Throughout her career, Dowd has helped dozens of Fortune 1000 companies drive results and disrupt their industries through technology. Dowd fell into the tech field, first receiving her MS in Library Science and then working for a major consulting firm at the beginning of the dot.com boom. She has made a career out of building businesses around innovation.

In just three short years at Dialexa, Ellen lead 50% year-over-year growth without breaking the culture, kept the business profitable through a pandemic, lead a diverse workforce during unprecedented social justice issues, retained talent through the great resignation, and finally, was a critical player in the transaction of Dialexa to one of the most storied brands in the technology world, IBM. Ellen remains steadfast in her values through all of her achievements and recognition as a passionate business leader within the technology industry. She was named a Top 25 Women in Technology by the Dallas Business Journal, the top female sales leader in the US by the Women in Sales Awards committee, and a Notable Woman in Technology by D CEO Magazine.

Moe Haidar

Chief Financial Officer

Moe is an accomplished financial leader specializing in aggressive software development consulting industry growth. Ten years ago, Dialexa was a scrappy technology startup that Moe helped rapidly scale—without any external investment or capital. The role was to oversee the financial well-being of the company, but his goal was aggressive growth. Moe built and managed high-performance teams and led accurate, actionable analyses and strategies to expand our fledgling company from minimal startup resources to a solid product engineering company. He heavily contributed to building and scaling the company’s foundation that now manages the strain of more than 70% annual growth, retains hundreds of people, and solves complex technical problems for the world’s biggest companies. It was only a matter of time before we caught the eye of IBM—and Moe subsequently led the financial process of IBM’s acquisition of Dialexa in 2022. His values have been the primary driver of his career. Moe is transparent, straight-forward, and ethical—always. He is also an innate problem solver and strategic planner who works well under pressure. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he built and led the financial plan that positioned Dialexa for not only safety, but growth while maintaining high employee and client retention.

Samer Fallouh

CHIEF DELIVERY OFFICER

After completing his Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy, Samer joined Dialexa as employee number three. From his beginnings as a Solutions Engineer to his current position as Senior Partner and Chief Delivery Officer, he’s been instrumental in driving Dialexa’s growth as a company, both in capability and culture. He is the heart and soul of Dialexa, bringing a unique blend of engineering expertise and aspirational leadership that makes Dialexa the company it is today. In addition to leading Delivery at Dialexa, Samer has an 18-year track record of success leading teams to develop cutting-edge software and hardware products. He has architected, designed, and built multiple platforms and has sold in excess of eight figures of consulting work for clients in the automotive, hospitality, commercial real estate, and healthcare industries, to name a few. He enthusiastically embraces exploring emerging technologies to empower both enterprises and startups, inspiring them to push their limits and create innovative products. One of Samer’s core values is empowering and providing opportunities for others—both humans and animals. Eight years ago, Samer and his wife, Marina, co-founded Dallas Dog, a nonprofit focused on rescuing and rehabbing unwanted and injured animals. Since its inception, Dallas Dog has helped almost 7,000 animals find a better life.

Stephanie Miller

VP OF PEOPLE

Stephanie is a passionate leader, working every day to drive initiatives that support our most critical asset: our team. With the goal of sustaining a high performing, engaged, and happy workforce, she creates and oversees our performance management, learning and development, and organizational efficiency initiatives. As a strategic and consultative leader, Stephanie ensures that all things “people” support Dialexa’s mission, vision, and culture. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Prior to her time at Dialexa, she was the Director of Human Resources at Credera, a technology management consulting firm. During her time there, she was instrumental in helping the 30-person boutique firm grow to include almost 400 employees in 5 offices, all while finding ways to save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars, and investing that money back into employee recruiting, benefits, and culture. Anyone who meets Stephanie will see she’s passionate about building organizations and building careers. Through her time at Credera, Brink’s Home Security, the Greater Dallas Chamber, and World Travel Partners, she established and led leadership, internship, and employee recognition programs that are now seen as cultural cornerstones of their respective companies. Stephanie is a native Dallasite and proud Texas Tech graduate. In her free time, she loves to travel–and has a soft spot for California. She’s always on the move: redecorating her house, working out, and volunteering for her church and community. We know her as Stephanie, but outside of the office, she has been lovingly dubbed “Aunt Sassy” by her niece and nephew.
